Gloriosa is committed to providing an enjoyable shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our flexible return and exchange process is designed to be as convenient as possible.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for all orders. Please note all items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, original packaging, and authenticity cards included. However, certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, are non-returnable.

Complimentary Returns (US mainland only)

We offer complimentary returns for all orders from designers located in the US, delivered to addresses in mainland USA (excludes Alaska & Hawaii), with a prepaid return label included in your package to make it easy. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

International Returns 9.99 USD 

Orders from designers located outside the US, delivered to addresses in the USA or any orders made internationally incur a £9.99 fee.  Simply download and attach a label from our site.

Gloriosa Returns & Exchanges 

Products must not show signs of wear, alteration, or damage. Items such as swimwear, lingerie, and earrings must have hygiene seals intact.

Flexible Exchanges 

We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. If the preferred item is unavailable, you can choose a refund or store credit. 

Simply use the return portal on our website and indicate your preferred size or color.

Refund Options

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days from us receiving and inspecting the returned items. You can choose whether your refund is issued to your original payment method or returned as a store credit. But opting for store credit gets you an extra10% bonus towards your next purchase. For international returns, a small shipping fee may be deducted unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

How to return something
  1. Log into your account to access the return portal.
  2. Select the items you want to return, download your label, then follow the instructions.
  3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at a designated UPS or DHL location, or if you are in a metropolitan area schedule a free pickup.
Returns Monitoring 

To maintain fairness and protect our business, we reserve the right to monitor return patterns. Customers who repeatedly return items may be restricted from making future purchases.
